Bio of Pastor Nathaniel D. Grogan
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen ~ Hebrews 11:1
As a servant of Jesus Christ, it is Pastor Grogan’s fundamental belief that all have sinned. If it were not for the saving power of Jesus Christ, all would perish. It was on the cross that He shed His blood, it was there that He was crucified, but He rose from the grave and now He lives among us by His spirit! Because of a personal relationship with his Savior, Pastor Grogan desires to share the gift of eternal and abundant life and everlasting worship.
Through God’s powerful and constant presence in his life, Pastor Grogan acknowledged and accepted his predestined purpose to preach the Gospel in the Fall of 1997. Shortly before, in the Spring of 1997, he was asked to speak in front of 2,000 young boys and girls at the Charles Hickey School for troubled teens.
He was ordained a minister at the Family Bible Institute, under the leadership of Apostle/Bishop Eddie Montgomery. He has had the opportunity to serve at Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church, under the dynamic leadership of Dr. Frank M. Reid, III, in the Youth Department and Men’s Ministry.
His passion/calling is to Men’s Outreach Ministries, Help & Relief Programs, among others. His personal mission is to “Educate, Enhance, Enrich, Equip and Empower the lives of others and Evangelize God’s word (the Truth & the Light) across the nation with a goal of maximizing the mind, body, and spirit of God’s people for kingdom building.”
Pastor Grogan’s accomplishments, to date, include youth Sunday services, community and public speaking on ‘Crime in the City and Its Affect on Our Youth,’ college chapel services, ministering on college campuses, men’s day programs, and many workshops in the Baltimore metropolitan area. He was also featured in the January 1996 issue of The Gazette, the newspaper of The Johns Hopkins University, for his commitment and support of enhancing the role of black men in the family and community. He is also a member of the Baptist Ministers' Conference of Baltimore and Vicinity. On Resurrection Sunday 2008, Pastor Grogan birthed his vision and opened the doors to New Life Kingdom Ministries. In March of 2010, New Life Kingdom Ministries secured a permanent facility. On February 27, 2011, he was ordained and officially installed as the Pastor of New Life Kingdom Ministries by Apostle and Senior Bishop Ralph R. Long, founder of World Kingdom Fresh Fire Ministries, International Incorporated.
He is a native of Baltimore, Maryland where he graduated from Northwestern High School. He went on to obtain his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Roanoke College in Roanoke, VA., and is currently aspiring to pursue and complete studies for a Master’s of Divinity degree.
Pastor Grogan successfully manages his ministry and professional career as the devoted husband of Kassandra Campbell Grogan. They are the proud parents of three kings – Emmanuel, Patrick and Nehemiah.
